By accessing or using LANA TECHNOLOGY, INC. services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
LANA TECHNOLOGY, INC. provides project management solutions including bug tracking, DevOps dashboards, sprint planning, and time tracking. Services are provided as described at the time of subscription.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You agree to use services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees are as specified in your plan. Payment is due according to the billing cycle. We may change pricing with notice. Refunds are handled per our refund policy at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
LANA TECHNOLOGY, INC. and its licensors retain all rights to the services, software, and content. You receive a limited license to use the services as permitted. You retain rights to your data; you grant us a license to process it to provide the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LANA TECHNOLOGY, INC. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for other reasons. You may terminate by canceling your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
